RESELLER AGREEMENT

McDonald-Webb bulk buy program is designed to allow small to mid sized resellers to purchase our products at minimal amounts by distribution standards, and get a large enough discount to make an equitable profit. We ask that you do not, create videos, ad's, re-brand, or promote our product in any unethical, or unprofessional manner. You are totally responsible, for licensing, taxes, and/or any laws governing the sale of our product in the region(s) you are planning to sell in.

Our products are warranted the same with a bulk purchase as they are with normal retail purchases. Once the product is resold, it then becomes your responsibility if an issue arises that needs to be handled on the spot. If you advise customers to register their product through our website we will handle any warranty issue accordingly. We do not restrict you from selling our products with any added products or accessories, but this can void the warranty dependent on the circumstance.

We encourage you to receive a sample of the product you are planning to resell, and to research the market you wish to sell to, making sure that our products fit your business model. After receipt; full refunds on bulk orders are not optional. If for any reason our products are not a fit for your business model we can negotiate a buy back.

Once you have an account set up you can order from this account at any time. If wish to negotiate your discounted amount due to changes in your purchase sizes, please contact us to re-evaluate your account.

WARRANTY AND 30 DAY GUARANTY

McDonald-Webb Reseller Warranty Terms:

Power Regulators: Lifetime to purchaser

Liquids/Filled carts/Cartomizers: No returns

Atomizers and Cartridges: 7 Days

Batteries: 10 Days

Charger: 90 Days

If defects are found upon receipt contact us immediately to resolve the issue and/or to attain replacements, or refunds.

McDonald-Webb 30 Day Guaranty:

The 30 day guaranty is valid for any customer that have purchased kit(s) and is unsatisfied with our product. Please advise the customer to contact us directly and allow us to resolve these return issues.
